Roberto Sanchez

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of Roberto Sanchez, who left us on August 12, 2026, at the age of 75, surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted, hardworking , loving husband to his wife of 53 years, Teodosia Sanchez. He was also an amazing and caring father to Martha (Luis), Jose (Josefina), Cristina, Juana (Juan), and Oscar. As a grandpa, he was thoughtful, attentive and playful to his grandchildren: Cristina, Samantha, Alexis, Roberto, Ivette, Adrian, Alan, Itzel, Jazmín, Leah, Giovanni, Jocelyn, Christopher, Harold Gael, Ruby, Jacklyn, and Juan Jr. He was also the best great-grandpa to Iris, Leilani, Santiago, Isla, and Alonzo. He is preceded in death by his daughter Adriana Sanchez, his sisters Crispina Sanchez, Altagracia Ibarra, and Gelos Sanchez, his brother Sabino Sanchez, and his parents. Visitation is Monday, August 17, 2026 from 4PM to 8 PM at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave.(55th street just west of Harlem). Visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday from 8:15 AM until time of Prayers at 9:00 AM. We will go in procession from the funeral home to St. Clare de Montefalco Church for a 10 AM Mass. Roberto will be laid to rest at Fairmont Willow Hills Cemetery Con el corazón lleno de tristeza, compartimos la noticia del fallecimiento de Roberto Sánchez, quien nos dejó el 12 de agosto de 2026, a la edad de 75 años, rodeado de su amorosa familia. Fue un esposo devoto, trabajador y amoroso para su esposa durante 53 años, Teodosia Sánchez. También fue un padre increíble y cariñoso para Martha (Luis), José (Josefina), Cristina, Juana (Juan) y Oscar. Como abuelo, fue detallista, atento y juguetón con sus nietos: Cristina, Samantha, Alexis, Roberto, Ivette, Adrian, Alan, Itzel, Jazmín, Leah, Giovanni, Jocelyn, Christopher, Harold Gael, Ruby, Jacklyn y Juan Jr. También fue el mejor bisabuelo para Iris, Leilani, Santiago, Isla y Alonzo. Le precedieron en la muerte su hija Adriana Sánchez, sus hermanas Crispina Sánchez, Altagracia Ibarra y Gelos Sánchez, su hermano Sabino Sánchez y sus padres. El velorio es el lunes 17 de agosto de 2026 de 4 p. m. a 8 p. m. en Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th street, justo al oeste de Harlem). Velorio en la funeraria el martes, desde las 8:15 AM hasta la hora de Oración a las 9 AM. Iremos en procesión St. Clare de Montefalco para una misa de entierro cristiano a las 10 a. m. Roberto será sepultado en el cementerio Fairmont Willow Hills
