Endless Possibilitieswe invite you to explore the many unique ways to celebrate and honor a life.Everyone's life holds Special Stories -  Tell it in the best possible way

Unique as Your Life

Unique as Your Life

It's important to take the time to acknowledge the uniqueness of your loved one: the individuality of their personality, and the uniqueness of their life's path. Not just for them, but for you:  it affirms the relationship, and leads to healing after loss. Honoring their life is truly an act of love - for both of you.

"Mourn not my death, but celebrate my life. Let the memories of the past live with us in spirit"

Whether you choose a funeral or memorial service, be it traditional or contemporary, this is the first step to bringing those you love together at a very difficult time so that they may acknowledge the loss and begin to heal.

Family and friends are the people who hold your hand as you take a million little steps in the right direction.

Funeral visitations provide a chance to talk, and to share memories and an an opportunity to  rejoice in a life that was lived. We gather with family and friends and say, "This life was important, this life touched mine". So, plan a service that is meaningful for you and your family. You can have your service anywhere, and any way you want. Your choices include the place of celebration, day of the week, and time of day; the musical selection, what prayers will be said or songs you’d like sung. Sometimes the simplest touches can create a moving and lasting tribute. We can arrange to have doves, or balloons released at the close of the service. Keepsake gifts to remember you by, such as shamrocks, ribbons to be worn by everyone, flower seeds, your best recipe, a little bottle of your favorite beverage can be given to everyone who attends. These are just a few ideas, the choices are endless. We’re here to help you create the most memorable and meaningful service to celebrate and honor your loved one.

Burial or Cremation?

Burial or Cremation?

Choosing between burial and cremation, usually people are clear on this point. In fact, your loved one may have told you, or someone else, exactly how they wish to be cared for. But it can be a hard decision for some families, especially when the wishes of the deceased were never clearly stated. If that's the case, please know we're able to help you come to the decision for your loved one, and for you.

Once you decide, the finer details come into focus.

If you've chosen burial, then selection of the casket, vault, and desired cemetery follows. There also is the option for a 'green burial'.  If that's what your loved one would prefer, we'll guide you  through the choices.

If cremation is your choice, you'll need to decide if you want a visitation before the cremation and a religious or secular service and then what to do with the cremains: to bury, place in a niche at the cemetery, keep at home, or scatter.
